Welcome to "The Unrecycled Educator”

I’m a corporate-turned-entrepreneur-turned-professor, and this blog delivers one-minute hits from the front lines of business school. Why? Because I don’t want to look back and realize I stood by while young adults paid a fortune chasing a future they were never actually prepared for. The system’s broken—and I’m not okay watching bright, capable young people walk straight into the wall we built.

So I teach like it matters. No theory dumps. No endless slide decks. No recycled case studies from companies that stopped being relevant ten years ago. No multiple choice trick-or-treats designed to humiliate instead of teach. My students build real things, make real decisions, and deal with real consequences. They’re thrown into it—because that’s what the world will do anyway.

This blog is where I put it all on record. What I’m trying. What’s working. What still sucks. It’s not perfect—but it’s honest. And it’s one small way I’m refusing to play along.
